Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations, free trials, and refunds work for Spray Video subscriptions (Starter, Pro, and Business). By subscribing, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by contacting support@sprayvideo.com. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not delete your account unless you request account deletion separately.

When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the current billing period you have already paid for. We do not provide partial-month refunds for unused time after a billing cycle has started, except where required by law or as described below.

3. Refund eligibility

Refund requests are processed in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms, Paddle Refund Policy, and applicable consumer protection laws. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, experienced a billing error, or encountered a technical issue that prevented access to the service, you may submit a refund request. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights available under applicable law.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@sprayvideo.com or use Paddle's buyer support channels provided in your purchase confirmation. If approved, refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution.

5. Business and custom plans

Business plans or enterprise agreements may include separate commercial terms where permitted by applicable law and Paddle's Buyer Terms.
